Robert Smith - President
Robert joined imedia8 in 2004 to drive our expansion into the US market. Originally from London, Robert moved to Atlanta, Georgia in early 2003. Robert was imedia8's first US based representative and will be responsible for the overall strategy for business development in the US as well as being the main point of contact for all of our North American clients.
With a background in marketing from the Royal Chartered Institute of Marketing and particular experience in setting up and growing new companies and divisions, Robert has an impressive track record with companies such as Network Distribution International Inc and The MICE Partnership Ltd.
Before all of this, Robert was a professional soccer player in the UK and he loves America so much that not only did we send him there but he also married an American!
Derrick Moss - Project Manager/Design Lead
Derrick brings many talents to the imedia8 USA office. Design, programing and technical skills make him a great asset along with his contagious character and organizational skills for our main project manager.
A keen sportsfan, Derrick is a graduate of Alabama and still follows the 'Tide'. Being a devoted father now consumes much of his time, but you will always find him with his computer attached to him at some stage.
Derrick has overseen many successful designs across a huge variety of different corporate and leisure industries and is a leading light when it comes to SEO.
Steven Kim - Chief Technical Officer, USA
Steven is the technical genius in the US office out of Atlanta!! Experience in pretty much all languages, but specially classic ASP and ASP.NET, Steven brings a wealth of Internet systems and database knowledge. If Steven can't get it to work, it doesn't work online!
Another proud father, Steven somehow manages to fit in spending quality time with his family even with all the demands that the job entails. Originally from Korea, Steven is still trying to invent the 'Easy Button' so whenever a new project comes up all he has to do is press the button and all is right with the World!
Soroush Tahmasebi - Flash Designer
Soroush is the latest edition to the imedia8 family in Atlanta. Soroush has a passion that shows in all his work for design. With a wonderfully creative mind, Soroush's skills in Flash and especially 3D work helps us bring clients imagination and concepts to life on the web.
Soroush is a dedicated vegan, so group meals can be awkward, but he definitely doesn't seem to be lacking any vitamins or minerals as you can tell by the quailty of his work. 3D is definitely one of the ways forward on the web, bringing the imagination to reality online.
Bryan Palmer - New Business Development
Bryan is a local Georgia boy and has come on board with the local knowledge as a New Business Development Manager. Bryan is a big football fan and you will often see him shooting around Atlanta in his pride of joy pickup truck - distinguishable by the imedia8 stickers!
Bryan is a social butterfly and also loves flag football on the weekend as a way of unwinding, although he has tried the occasional clothesline, which we are not entirely sure are within the rules, so please don't say "No" to him....
Tony Sellaway - New Business
Tony is the friendliest member of the imedia8 team!! No matter what day, or what time, Tony is a ray of sunshine. People do business with imedia8 just so they get to talk to Tony...
Passionate about Jazz and a vegetarian Tony also keeps young and healthy by consuming his Tahitian Noni Juice.... we think he is actually 110 years old!
Ray Curtis - Acting CFO
Ray is in charge of all accounting functions and general financial planning and overview. As a chartered accountant and official notary, Ray has a huge wealth of experience helping smaller companies grow and get a sound financial structure in place.
