One of the original founders of imedia8 Guy  took overall control in June 2004. On top of his MD duties, Guy is also the first point of contact for clients being responsible for all projects, overseeing and managing creative and technical teams as well as maintaining a dialogue with the client and developing strategies together with them.

Prior to setting up imedia8, Guy gained vital New Media Experience at the online betting exchange Betswap.com and was Marketing Manager for transport group Jacobs Holdings Plc.

A qualified yacht skipper, Guy can often be found in the winter working from our British Virgin Island office.

Of Italian-Polish origin and fluent in four languages, Olaf's main skills lie in his ability to create and construct databases and websites of extraordinary genius. A former agent for the Intelligence Service in the Italian Army during the Kosovan war, Olaf moved to London in the summer of 2001 to assist imedia8 as our Chief Technical Consultant.

Olaf has in excess of 8 years experience in all aspects of web development, specialising in database build including ASP, SQL, PHP, Javascript  and Web Usability.

You can find him running marathons around the globe, practicing football and kickboxing, and making award winning short films.

Rafal joined imedia8 in October 2005 and the start of 2007 was made Strategic Head of Design . Our first fully Polish employee brings a wealth of digital knowledge and skills to the team and fits in between the technical and design teams with a foot in each camp, although he excels at delivering dynamic flash websites interfacing ASP backoffices with XML and Actionscript front-ends.

Now an entrenched Anglophile Rafal enjoys tea and cucumber sandwiches everyday at 4.00pm in the office.

Tom joined imedia8 in January of 2007 to oversee the design and production of our interactive solutions and in particular e-learning projects and video streaming websites where Tom has great experience in developing player design. With a great eye for video editing Tom is an essential part of the team.

Originally from Hungary Tom has given all of us his mother's special recipe for Goulash.

Kristian joined imedia8 in Spring of 2007 to head up the sales team. As Director of Sales Kristian is tasked with developing a strategic plan for the growth of imedia8 but with a focus on maintaining the qualities that have made the company stand out from the crowd and deliver personal attention to all our clients, no matter how big or small.  With over 10 years experience in communications sales Kristian is a welcome additon to the team.

Kristian is originally from north of the border, but has yet to show us what a real Scotsman keeps under his kilt.

In charge of all accounting functions David joined imedia8 in the summer of 2003. As an accountant David has a background in commercial finance and has extensive experience within the media industry and is a valuable member of the team.

For those who owe imedia8 money, David is 6' 4" and 22 stone.
